Best hotel in Vegas where you can get the best view of city lights?

Question by Shell: Best hotel in Vegas where you can get the best view of city lights?
It doesn’t matter how pricey it is. It’s almost my mom’s birthday and I want to take her to a really nice hotel in Vegas where she can get a good, if not, best view of a beautiful night scenery. My mom’s never been to a nice hotel so I wanted to do that for her this birthday since she loves city lights and going on trips. Also any recommendations of nice restaurants with good food? Thanks a lot :)

Any hotel on the strip above the 10th floor. Of particular note is the part of Mandalay Bay called “The Hotel” but you have to be on the side facing north.

What is a family friendy hotel in Las Vegas?

Question by jamesedge: What is a family friendy hotel in Las Vegas?
We’re looking for a hotel in Vegas that has a great pool area and is “family friendly”.
Not a cheap “roach motel” but we can’t afford the Wynn either.

Should I book my las vegas hotel last minute?

Question by Amanda: Should I book my las vegas hotel last minute?
We are planning on going on our honeymoon Jan 11-15. I am probably going to go ahead and book my flight now, but do you think I could get the best rates like the week before I go or later? Or should I go ahead and book a package. I just want to get the best deal. Also, do you think it’s possible to get any free upgrades or stuff since it’s our honeymoon?

Book as soon as carrier and dates decided. Honeymoon? So what they come here by the load.
Just make sure your weekdays are cheaper than weekend.

Is it cheaper to book a Las Vegas hotel over the phone than online?

Question by Mr Z: Is it cheaper to book a Las Vegas hotel over the phone than online?
I only ask because I called Planet Hollywood Towers to book a room for two nights and they gave me a different rate than the site did (this was all in the same day too). They also said they had a AAA discount available too.

Q&A: Which Vegas Hotel with a jacuzzi in the room would you recommend?

Question by Brian4IU: Which Vegas Hotel with a jacuzzi in the room would you recommend?
My wife and I have decided to go back to Vegas again this year. Stayed in the Stratosphere last year and was very pleased. However, this year we’d like to spend more money on a room with a jacuzzi in the room (not bathroom). Would like to spend between $ 150 – $ 200 a night for three nights. (Monday-Thursday)

If you both enjoy it who cares if it’s childish? I know people who have gone to legoland for their honeymoon, it’s all your interests.
