I plan on moving out to Las Vegas to attend school for a couple years. I currently am unemployed but am receiving unemployment income and the VA will be paying my rent. Would I be accepted as a tenant? My credit is decent, but I have no rental history.

I’m looking for an apartment in Las Vegas where my apartment history will not be a problem.?

Question by Mestiza415: I’m looking for an apartment in Las Vegas where my apartment history will not be a problem.?
I am transferring to Las Vegas from San Francisco. About 5 years ago I lived with my Ex-boyfriend and he moved out suddenly causing us to break our lease. As a result we were fined 5,000. He said he was going to pay it off but has not done so.

Do you know of any nice, safe, apartment complexes in Las Vegas where my owing an apartment complex will not be an issue?

Thanks!

Las vegas is much cheaper to live then san fran, and the people the accommidate to are much “different” from san fran, I personally don’t think you’ll have a problem finding a place to stay. My cousin moved out there about 6 months ago, she pays 500 for a 1 bed room, and that was her first place in her name. Good luck!
