Regardless of all the TV commercials you see, booking and purchasing directly from the airline’s web site is usually the cheapest. Book as far in advance as possible to get the best deal. After you purchase your tickets, go to a web site called Yapta. http://yapta.com/ and sign up.
It’s a free service that that checks the price of your airfare several times a day and notifies you if there is any significant drop in price. This gives you the option to obtain a refund, or exchange your tickets if the price drops, or if the airline runs a special. They saved me almost $ 200 last summer on airfare for my wife and I.

I do not want to spend a lot of money on a hotel when I stay in Vegas, but want it to be on the strip. I saw that the Circus Circus offers rooms for a little more than $ 20 a night during weekdays. Are there any other hotels you could recommend to me for a price range of up to $ 35 per night during weekdays?

I would want the room to be clean. Kind of had a bad experience with a room like that before.

Imperial Palace. It’s across the street from Caesar’s Palace and has really inexpensive rates. Smoking rooms have balconies.

Or, you can try Stratosphere. But the reason it’s so cheap is because its at the very END of the strip.

They do sell them on ebay, but that isnt the cheapest way. You should go through a ticket agent in Las Vegas. the box office never discounts b/c of her final year there

All you have to do is go to a good travel search engine like the one at wisetravelbuddy.com and type in cheapest show tickets in vegas, or even type in Nellis AFB discounts and it will direct you to any travel related information regarding their discounts. You will find all sites have about the same price for airline tickets. No one discounts them so if you see a really low price on a site that is much higher on the other sites, when you go to check out they will add extreme fees and taxes that the others don’t and more than likely you will end up paying more. Best bet is to go directly to the airlines website and find the tickets that way.

There are often coupons for Jubilee in the books in the taxis and at the hotel desks – buy one get one 50% off or even sometimes buy one get one free. So you could wait until you get to Vegas to get a deal on those.

You could also consider checking out the Tix4Tonight booths when you get to town, but there is no guarantee that they’ll have tickets for those shows. They often don’t have tickets for the most popular shows. But you can get some great deals there.

Sometimes you can find promotional codes online for discounts, so that would be worth looking into.

If you want good seats, and want to guarantee that you’ll get seats, then you may want to book ahead.
