My husband is active duty air force. Nellis does give discounts, but not for New Years, which is when I am going. They said call locally.

well you can use a good travel search engine to get the cheapest show tickets in vegas. All you have to do is go to a good travel search engine like the one at wisetravelbuddy.com and type in cheapest show tickets in vegas, or even type in Nellis AFB discounts and it will direct you to any travel related information regarding their discounts. I found a guide that saved me at least $ 150 on my last trip. It wasn’t free but more than worth the $ 9 price tag from Amazon. http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/casino-guide.html . It had tons of tips for Vegas and over 140 pages of coupons. There is a list of the discount coupons on that link.

I don’t know about the shows. I tried “The Upgrade Trick” and I worked awesome for me. When you check in to the hotel fold up a twenty and hand it to the receptionist asking if their are any upgrades available. I got upgraded to a penthouse suite for nothing more that a twenty dollar tip to the worker. If the receptionist says no just ask if you can get change for the twenty. Good luck have fun!!

I am going to Las Vegas in 2 weeks. I want to see Love and The Producers. Tickets are expensive and I would rather not sit in the last row.

There is something called the Coke bottle…it’s right next to the M&M store on the strip, and right in front of the ..Coke Store…they sell discount day-of show tickets. however, for Cirque shows like Love..I HIGHLY doubt you will find any discount tickets as they sell out in advance…especially if you don’t want to buy them from scalpers/scalping websites..the Producers you may have a better bet, but even then that’s a relatively popular show as well..so i’d highly suggest against trying to find discounted tickets for those shows, and just buy them as far out in advance as possible..sometimes ticketmaster price..is considered SAVINGS as opposed to scalpers/scalping websites who buy a huge bulk of good tickets for any show about 1 month prior to the show date.
