Question by Mike R: Which Las Vegas hotel would you pick and why?
I am going to Las Vegas Oct. 8 to Oct. 12. Because it includes the weekend the price are really high at the name brand hotels, like TI, Flamingo, etc. My choice by price are Sahara, Tuscany, Hooters, and Riveria. I am going to reserve it by tomorrow, so any help is greatly appreciated.

I think I would go with Hooters. The location is not bad. They have decent rooms, and it’s a good choice for a traveler on a budget!! The other hotel you have in mind might not be in a desirable location, and The Sahara and Riviera are really old!! I’ve stayed in Hooters and it was ok, it wasn’t bad.

Question by Smelly Junk: How to pick a VIDEO POKER MACHINE in Vegas?
I am heading to Vegas this weekend and was wondering how to pick a good video poker machine. I enjoy playing $ 0.25 and $ 1.00 machines . . I know that some have better odds than others and would like to sit down at one that gives me the best return on my investment.

Im not much of a Gambler but what I have heard from friends that work in the biz is to play machines that already have a decent payout. On the sides of all the machines it tells you how many times they have recently paid out. Those are supposedly the machines you want to target and play.
