It is Vegas after all.
Or would that not be living up to the history of the place.
I assume they would want to use as much original stuff from New York as possible including the original sign.
I never went to the CBGB’s site. But it would not be a 5 star hotel from the pics I have seen. LOL

Sure. Completely ruin what CBGB was, and turn it into some santized Disney-esque version of reality. Turn something dangerous yet thrilling into crap.
CBGB belongs in one place…New York. As it was. New York is not Las Vegas.
