Which Las Vegas Show Should I Go To: Tournament Of Kings, Mystere, Or Lance Burton?

Hey guys. I am going to Las Vegas soon and I wanted to see these three shows but I only have time to see one. Should I go to Tournament of Kings at Excalibur, Mystere at the TI, or Lance Burton at Monte Carlo? Which is the best and what does it have? Thanks for answering.

You have picked three shows that are way different. Mystere is good, but very artsy. If that is not your thing, your going to wish you had done something else. The Tournament of Kings is very similiar to Mediveal Times. If you have been to Mediveal Times, I would skip this. Also, if your trying to keep away from kids, stay away from Tournament of Kings. This is one of the family type show out there. Lance Burton is cool and kind of hip. In my opinion, this show would be the safest if you are going with another person. I say this is you don’t know if they appreciate artsy shows, or want to stay away from kids. I agree that Lance Burton should have been more engaging with the audience. However, I still left Lance’s show having a good time. Have you considered Blue Man Group. Blue Man is my favorite Vegas show!

None of them, I saw Mystere and although the acrobats are good, that’s basically all the show is, acrobatics, it got pretty boring and I kept looking at my watch. I’ve also seen Lance Burton and it’s okay, but not spectacular. If you want to see a good show, see KA at the MGM Grand, I’ve seen it 4 times and I’ll probably see it again, it’s different from the typical Vegas Cirque show, it actually tells a story and you feel like you’re a part of their journey, highly recommended.

tournament of Kings is definitely a favorite of mine, I’ve seen it 3 times in the past 2 years, but Mystere is absolutely something you should see. Cirque Du Soleil shows just draw you in and are very entertaining. Mystere actually makes you laugh out loud at some of their stunts.
Tournament of Kings is a dinner show that includes a whole chicken, broccoli, seasoned potato wedges, tomato soup, a pastry, and an endless supply of Pepsi. There are no utensils, since in medieval times they didn’t exist (but pepsi did, right? LOL!). There are Knights with horses that represent each section in the audience. 2 out of 3 times we’ve ended up with Norway, the other time we got the Black Knight. They have little contests against each other and they do jousting in the ring. There are no bad seats since the last row is only the 5th row. About $60 per ticket after tax.
Mystere is just amazing and they do a lot of dancing and stunts with acrobats. There is supposed to be a storyline but I didn’t catch what it was. There is some audience participation and I sat in the 2nd row (great seats!) But to me it didn’t seem like even the back row got a bad view of the stage. That is the kind of show that will stick with you after you leave the theater. I didn’t want it to end. $104 for best seats after tax. As low as $65 ( I think) for back section.
If you have the option, you shouldn’t go to Vegas without seeing a Cirque show- it’s one of the trademarks.

Lance Burton: Really good magic, but Absolutely NO personality from him!
Mystere: A bit of everything! SO entertaining and fun! Gymnastics, trapese, even a bit of comedy! And live music too.
Tournament of Kings: Never seen it, but I’ve heard its cheesy and loud and weird.
Mystere is the best in my opinion. If you see that show try to get back row seats (there is so much going on in all directions and you don’t wanna miss any!)

I personally enjoyed tournament of kings. If u do the dinner show @ 6 you won’t regret it. They really feed you. Im talking little whole chicken, veggies, potatoes, tomato soup and tasty dessert. The show itself is neat and the audience really gets into it.
Lance Burton is okay if you’re going to see it w/children. Otherwise, not worth it. I havent seen Mystere, but then again its not talked about or promoted much there.
Im going for X-Mas this year and Im gonna see Tournament of Kings again.
    Hope this helped

Mystere by a mile its a great cirque show possiably the best and its only on in Vegas, you can see the Tournamount of kings in LA and London byt Mystere is only in Las Vegas. I am not sure if it is still valid but there is 25% off of Mystere here http://vegasuncovered.wordpress.com/2008…

Mystere is the best show. It is something amazing and should be seen because you may never see anything else like it in the world. I have seen it.
My next choice would be the Tournament of Kings because I get a 2 for 1 with it being a dinner show and the kids would have a ball.
