During the day yes.
But it mainly depends where you are coming from. If you livein Florida or Socal if may feel tad chilly, if you are coming from Michigan it probably will feel great. 65 degrees with bright sunshine feels great to most people during the winter. You could easily walk around with a short sleeve shirt.
In response to first poster, yes 65 degrees is slighty below room temp, but you are not taking into considertation the bright sunshine either. 65 degrees outside feels warmer then it does inside because of the sun rays warming your skin.
It is a little cool for swimming for most people, however knock a few drinks back and you probably will be having a blast by the pool.
That is still chilly here. You can more than likely lounge around the pool if the doors are unlocked. Some do and some don’t. There won’t be any service out there though. Shorts might not be a great idea.
Probably not that comfortable. You see 65 is a little less than room temperature. Even a little breeze will make it seem cooler. While one would certainly not need a winter coat, how comfortable one would be in shorts and a tee shirt is relative. I suppose if you live in a cold climate it will feel very warm. If you live in the tropics it will seem cold.
Just bring some sweats so you can easily cover up if you feel uncomfortable.

The pool are not open for the winter but many will let you sit outside. Depending on where you live, the 60′s can seem like very warm but locals like myself that are spring-like weather.
Oh, remember when the sun goes down the temp drops at least 10 degrees and if the wind is blowing, night or day, it is cold
I would say jeans and a t-shirt during the day. The night is a little different though. I frequent Vegas about 5 times per year so i have been in all different times of year. At night you will want a jacket. The desert winds can be quite cold. The pools are not open this time of year unless they are inside.
I was just in Vegas last week. I would wear pants and a t-shirt with a lightweight jacket. That way, you can take it off if you get too warm, but you will probably be comfortable. Enjoy it! We had a fantastic time!!

This is slacks and a light jacket weather. And it is a little chilly for lounging around the pool.
You would be better Off jeans and a Long sleeve shirt It still windy and 65 is still on the cool side
no.. plus its been raining for the past couple weeks.. u should bring ur swim suit anyway
